Teach courses for the School of Continuing Studies for the Public Safety University to instruct police officers and other safety personnel in communication studies. Also courses in Communicating Gender, Intercultural Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Group Communication, Communication & Sport, and a course in the Dark Side of Communication. In addition to classroom teaching, I have been teaching online courses since 2005.

Managing Partner/General Manager
Manage the day to day operations of the broadcast facility and broadcast tower properties.
· Improved the community image of the station from its previous condition;
· Upgraded the facilities and headed the community approval process and construction of a new radio tower;
· Currently seeking a major upgrade to become one of the strongest broadcast signals in the Richmond market;
· Have increased the market value of the station from $150,000 to $2 million;
· Represent the station at community functions and speak at local clubs about The Place of Community Broadcasting in Today’s Society.

Consulted with major broadcast stations throughout the country on use of national news and programming content. Represented the Westwood One owned broadcast companies of the Mutual Broadcasting System, NBC Radio Network, and CNN Radio Network.
· Negotiated complex and sensitive broadcast contracts with Owners and Managers of radio broadcast companies;
· Worked directly with national talent such as Larry King, G. Gordon Liddy, Casey Kasem, Sugar Ray Leonard, and many others to secure their programs on premier radio stations in major markets;
· Represented the Westwood One products at national conventions, state trade associations and on in-market station visits.

Local Sales Manager
Managed the overall sales and profitability of WAGE Radio and coordinated a six-person sales staff.
· Established an aggressive and comprehensive sales program designed to strengthen and deepen customer relationships and improve contribution per customer;
· Designed and implemented a specific program called “Take Two” for increasing agency advertising commitment to the station;
· Realized a 20% increase in ad revenue during my tenure, including a 300% increase in agency revenue.
